i need a pokemon that has the power to make the defending pokemon obtain 2 special conditions

i prefer a grass type or the star

Beautifly PT works wonderfully with the Dustox PT you want.
You could consider Blaziken PT + Skuntank G, those will not go beyond 1 though if the defending Pokemon is SP.
Theres also Hypno HGSS (Who needs a coinflip), Darkrai MD (Who only works once) and Wigglytuff GE (Who puts you asleep) that can be used in tandem with the above one.

There's a Beedrill that Poisons and Paralyzes.

My personal favorite is Gliscor , which can Paralize and Poison with the Lv X's pokepower when it comes in play . Not a grass or colorless one, but IMO the best one around for that job. Only drawback is that it can be sprayed.

Magmortar SV has a power that gives two conditions.
Venasaur SW has a flip power that lets you pick a special condition each turn.
Ivysaur SV has a similar power to magmortar but only does one special condition.
Wigglytuff GE has a power that puts both active pokemon(yours and opponent) asleep.
Skuntank G PT has power that makes both active pokemon poisoned except SPs.
