Aight, well we go down Saturday night with the Gillette's (Thanks for the ride again!) and get there and go eat and get some crap from Meijers, then headed back to the hotel for some sleep before the big day. When we get back I'm debating what to play, I have no clue what will be played so I finally just say what ever and sleep for a bit.
Sunday we get up and eat breakfast and head over to the tournament place and wait for them to open the place for a bit so we can get in.
Shortly after we get in I see Foisy and some of the others. I play test a bit to see what I wanna run. I decided on Dragonite, here is the list I used.

Round 2 : Eddie w/ Dark Dragonite/Dark Electrode/Pidgeot 2-0
I start off sorta crappy but it got better real fast, he started off pretty crappy... and it didn't get better lol. I just got a dragonite like turn 2-3 and started killing basics left and right and won without much of a problem. Sorry for such a short game man. Normally you give me a better game!
Round 3: Chris Fulop w/ Dark Dragonite/Dark Electrode/Pidgeot 3-0
I got a better start than him, but he kept in it for a bit... he got pidgeot up and did 80 to me and I couldn't retreat. I moved energy to electrode, brineyed and KOed Pidgeot, which slowed him down a bit. I eventually made a misplay, because I thought Rocket's Sneasel counted both of ours and I searched and I got it from my copycat and just played it and brought it active and started counting his pokes for damage... then he points out whoops it only counts mine. So I kinda screwed up there and made the 5-3 prize game 3-3 cause next turn he played his own Sneasel and Koed mine. I luckily had enough stuff to back up my mistake, he had already lost 1 Dark Metal and 2 Darks... he had another Dark metal and 2 darks on Sneasel to ko mine. I had 3 Darkness in play and 1 discarded so he thought I'd never be able to KO his Sneasel back, but he was wrong. I had an R energy in my hand sent up the fully healed Dragonite with 3 Darks and a R energy OHKOing his Sneasel ex, which put him pretty much out of energy and gave me the game. GG man that was close!
Round 4: Tom Dolezal w/ Blaziken/Pidgeot/Ray/Bex 3-1
I got up decent, but my list isn't really good vs Blaziken, as the Rayquaza is a problem when it's just dropped and kos me. He swept through me pretty easily. GG
Round 5. Dylan Austin w/ Speed Zapdos 4-1
He gets the zapdos off, but I have electrode to cover it and it's not too close of a game... he played really well, possibly would have won had he had better luck with his Super Scoop ups, he failed 3 in a row! GG sorry about the bad flips man.
So I make the top 4 cut in first place. The other top 4 players are Eric Richards (Psychodad w/ Dragonite who I play first), Tom, and Chris. Tom and Chris player first, as do Eric and I.
Round 6 Semi Finals: Eric Richards w/ Dragonite/Trode/Pidgeot.
Another mirror match except they run Pidgeot. Game one his Pidgeot hit the field too early and I had a few problems setting up, then made a comeback but he won it.
Next two games I just outspeed him 100% and am sweeping without much effort.
GGs man. Congrats on gettings so far and congrats to your kids!
Round 7 Finals: Tom Dolezal w/ same as before obv
Game one I start out REALLY strong with only a Electrode and Dragonite. I get 3 early kos, but you know how blaz is... it can comeback through anything especially in the hands of a good player like Tom. He made a comeback and eventually it got down to 1-1 prize. If I coulda got a Dragonite/Candy/R Energy I coulda won, but it didn't happen.
Game 2 I get a God start but I play a little defensive, I coulda koed some blaziken early with all my darks attached to dragonite and a R energy... but it was too risky as he had Pidgeot early and could get Rayquaza and make me lose all my energy. He pretty much kicked my butt. GG
