BTW, I dont have a promocroak and I have a 0.000001% chance of getting one. So no promocroak in this but I have an alternative.

Pokemon: 19
3-1 Dialga G
2-2 Garchomp C
2 Uxie
1 Bronzong G
1 Azelf LA
1 Ambipom G
1 Mankey SV
2 Crobat G
1 Toxicroak G
1 Skuntank G

Trainers/ Supporters/ Stadiums: 27
2 SP Radar
4 Poke Turn
1 Palmer's contribution
1 Pokemon Collector
2 Power Spray
1 Premier Ball
4 Cyrus's Conspiracy
4 Energy Gain
1 Luxury Ball
2 Pokemon Communication
2 Bebe's Search
2 GHQ (Temporary, Having trouble getting Conductive Quarry)
1 Conductive Quarry

Energy: 14
4 Special Metal Energy
2 Basic Metal
1 Psychic
1 Fighting
4 DCE
2 Warp Energy

Strategy: So obviously its tank and do damage with Dialga, then Garchomp will come in and heal or snipe, this will be much easier with Bronzong G. Then conductive quarry lets me get Basic Metal energy back. Also Ambipom is for the OHKO on other Garchomp. I have the Mankey in place of promocroak because promocroak is in such high demand for decks against Luxray GL X. But mankey SV alsocan OHKO right when you put it out there with 1 fighting energy, I realize he will probably get OHKO also, but its all I have, and I think trading a KO for a mankey on a Luxray is pretty good.

Thanks for all the help!

you should add at least 1 maybe 2 power spray, there is nothing more fun than power spraying someone's set up.

I'd recommend taking out 1 energy gain in order to fit the extra power spray

Also i would keep your stadium line like it is. since dgx is a tank that can be healed and poke turned it shouldn't really be ko'ed till very late game if at all. By that time you should be able to have your 1 cqc in hand since you have been trade offing all game. plus GHQ is a huge help against stage 2 decks since they often have a lot of health.

Beyond that the only change i could see is the one i know you don't want to hear... promocroak. if at all possible, try to get one. It's not only the best luxray counter but it runs off psychic energy meaning you can take that fighting out and put in another psychic which makes it more difficult to have all your psychic energy prized

^ agreeing with the above post on the changes, and yeah I know how it feels like when you can't get hold of promocroak, maybe try relicanth over mankey so it can be more viable...

I don't see why you have Toxitank, when you already have Uxie Lv.X. Choose 1, 2 Machamp counter are not needed.

-1 Toxicroak
-1 Skunktank
-1 GHQ
-1 Psychic

+2 Energy Exchange Unit
+1 Power Spray
+1 Pokemon Collector

I hope this helps.

Christian at our league toxitank isn't really needed since no one runs machamp... i could only see adding it if we go to a bigger tournament with more meta game decks.

I don't know your metagame at your league, but we havent even had BR's yet so there is no telling whats going to be played or not. Nobody played Machamp this season due to Unown G, but this new season you will see, it even if it's a short amount of time.
