I know its possible to make a Pokemon playmat, but I dunno which material to use. >.<
And I was wondering if it is possible to make your own sleeves? :3

I have found this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrSsv7qpvdA&feature=related) about Yu-Gi-Oh playmat.

I've never heard of someone being able to make their own sleeves. I'd assume the equipment necessary would be too expensive.
I don't know how it would work, but you could try sticking white sleeves to a sheet of paper with double-sided tape and printing it through just a normal printer. I'm not sure if the ink would stick.
You'd have to remember, though, that they wouldn't be legal for tournaments.

Which sleeves are allowed for gameplay then?
I thought maybe asking Ultra Pro making me some simple sleeves with a anime cat face ive got the design for. ^^

the only legal art-backed sleeves are pokemon sleeves with solid colored edges. 'anime cat' sleeves would not be legal in tournament play.

But am I allowed to play glossy colors which shine?

If it's a solid color. Also, the shine shouldn't be shiny enough for the card to reflect the one under it.

Also, no company is going to make you sleeves at your request. At least, I can't imagine any company doing so.
