Luxray GL and Infernape [4] Lvl X's

Both Luxray GL Lvl X and Infernape [4] Lvl X have Poke-Powers and Bodies that make you switch your active pokemon with one on your bench.


If my opponent is using the power or body against me, who gets to choose which Pokemon from my bench is sent out? The person using the body/power, or the person being told to switch?

With Luxray GL, the attacker chooses ("you may switch", where the "you" refers to the attacking player).
With Infernape 4, the defending player chooses ("you may have your opponent switch").
