energy is way too many. I have 14 and that runs fine. You should run 3 Call, 3 DCE, and 1 warp energy.

I run this deck with Blaziken FB I think you should take that route. Blaziken actually compliments dialga really well which seems a little abnormal. But you can disrupt them while you set up dialga. plus you can knock out any pokemon that are weak to fire easily.
