Okay, I've been playing VileGar and DialgaChomp (mostly DialgaChomp, like 95% of the time) all season and tried to build a decent BLG. I'm currently 12-0 with it and have never hit a problem. Just curious to see your opinions. Thanks.

1 Unown Q
1 Smeargle UD
1 Shiny Drifloon
1 Drifblim UD
1 Bronzong G
1 Crobat G
1 Ambipom G
1 Dragonite FB
1 Promocroak
1 Lucario GL

4 Cyrus's Conspiracy
3 Energy Gain
3 Power Spray
4 Poke Turn
2 SP Radar
3 Collector
1 Bebe
1 Aaron's
1 Premiere Ball
1 Twins

3 Call Energy
4 DCE
3 Lightning Energy
2 Psychic Energy
1 Fire Energy

Strategy is basic LuxChomp. Snipe and Drag with Bright Look/Dragon Rush for cheap KOs. Drifblim is our Mewtwo and Machamp counter. Blaziken helps with hard matchups like VileGar, Scizor and Steelix. The only deck it has a major autoloss to is Donphan, where you just Luring Flame and Dragon Rush their bench and Crobat G's Toxic Fang their Donphan. Thanks everyone!

Nice build; I ran a very similar one and took a Cities with it. My only recommendation would be to take out either the Dragonite FB or the Ambipom (I like ambipom in the deck more) to put in another SP Radar.

As for the Donphan match-up, I find a good strategy to dealing with it to be sure that your actives are Lv X' ed so they don't get 1 hit KO from a belted Donphan, and save your Poke Turns for Garchomp C Lv X. That way you can get a couple of good attacks out of your guys, heal, then continue again. Luring Flaming a Donphan is nice because the burn means Blaziken is doing an extra 40 damage to him next turn, which, if he already flipped wrong on burn once, can mean an easy knockout next turn. Unless they get a much better start than you, I don't find Donphan too bad.

I am with Swordfish on only running either ambipom or dragonite ( I prefer dragonite) however, instead of a 3rd sp radar i would add in a 4 th call to max consistency or a 2nd fire energy.

I love this deck.
-1-1 drifblim
+1 bebe's
+1 call energy
It's good, just max the consistency. If you do this, there's a decent chance that you'll be quick enough to play around machamp/mewtwo anyway.

btw, I was 8-1 at nats last year so I know my BLG! lol

You want 4 call, 3-4 sp radar, 4 egain is really key, and another bebe's would be nice. Also You'll want a 2nd aaron's.

I'd only play either Ambipom or Draggy, I have found that aren't great together.

I'm NOT taking out Drifblim, but I will take out Dragy. Should I replace him with a 3rd SP Radar or a 4th Call? My first choice would be Radar but I'm interested to hear your opinions.

They're actually pretty amazing together. I actually cut my vs. seeker just so I could play draggy and ambipom.

If you are gonna cut either ambipom or draggy i would make it ambipom

You are indeed the king of Japan lol. But seriously thank you for saying this. You are one of the first people I've heard who actually prefer drag to ambipom. It is soooo much better in my opinion. It used to just be like a toss up for me, but I think the choice is clear now

TEAM DRAGONITE! lol

Hey sorry, but I don't exactly know how it is in the US (as I'm from Europe), but could you please explain how in 1 turn can you KO 2 Mewtwo with BLG? People over here run 2-1 Mewtwo if they run it at all. BLG can EASILY take down 1-1 Mewtwo as it will be vulnerable atleast one turn on the bench. How it works here is collector 2 Mewtwo then next turn level up. How can you KO 2 Mewtwo in 1 turn. :P Just saying. Without a Mewtwo counter it is game.

I'm not saying that without the drifblim this blg will have a way to knock out a mewtwo. I just don't think, in the US's current metagame, it is enough of a threat to tech against. Ofcourse, if your opponent runs a 2-1 mewtwo and gets both turn one along with the means to get the lv x, yer gonna have a hard time (even with the counter). What I'm saying is that if you have a quick and consistent blg, you have a better chance at maneuvering around the mewtwo tech to get a win. ...Just clarifying

I would keep drifblim in. It can serve as a machamp counter, and a mewtwo counter although it is unlikely you will see much mewtwo. Plus it's attach take away can deal with pesky tanks like dialga, steelix, and ttar

But you don't need help with tanks. You already have promocroak and blaziken to deal with those. Undoubtedly there are situations where it would be useful, but I just don't think it's worth the card space
