Strength Charm

I was in a tourney today and one of my opponents was using strength charm.
I know in the old expansions, plus power was TOP tier. But what about this card?
Is it used alot? I dont know cause I just started playing a little while ago...

It's used a bit. It depends on the deck. Most decks that do use it, use it as a tech only.
