Blastgatr!! Need some help

First off I want to say that this deck is not complete, this isn't going to be the finalized list for it. I just like the idea of the deck and this is what i was able to put together with my cards.

Strategy is perferably start off with spirit tomb with totodile, squirtle and poliwag on bench to then use darkness grace and get em all lvled up fast. Feraligatr for any amount of waters a turn for blastoise to hit 100 each turn wipin out basics or lower hp stage 1s on bench. Politoad is there for the leapfrog if one blastoise is getting hurt to switch out with another or if i need to switch the spirit tomb out there. Empolean is there for a decent attacker if i dont start off with anything good. Suicune is there to get blastoise out of my discard pile if i start bad and he gets wiped out early game.

I know the trainer and supporters are the best but its what i got to work with.

Why the floatzel?

I would suggest playing Exploud RR, your weakness against Luxchomp is not good, although you can still OHKO it with a Crobat g drop, you still need it

i ran this last year in the spring and top cut three times with it (but i had Claydol back then lol). i would definitely run a 3-2-3 Blastoise, 2-1-2 Feral Prime, and a 1-1 Floatzel GL X.

You do need a starter though. It's up to you if you like Sableye or Spiritomb. I would choose Sableye seeing as I would play this as a speed deck. For Speed I would use the engine of 4 PokeDrawer+, 4 Unown R, 3-4 PokeDex. One or two Crobat G are needed for the SP X's.

if you could get all three of those lines up and running, this deck is nearly unstoppable. Don't forget to use Feraligatr to attack when Luxray hits the board. I would run a couple Rescue Energies because Floatzel is an easy KO. Also, I run a Fisherman and Aarons Collection for energy/floatzel/crobat g.

That's all I have to say. I'm building straight Feraligatr/Kyogre Groudon Legend for my friend for Regionals.

I also played this a few seasons back and try this
-2 blastoise UL
+2 blastoise PL
Runing blastioe PL is good cos you can do more damge with its aqua press
I would also say run explaud to
as for your starter go for spirtomb as you can get a qucik evlotion out of it and trainer lock them down to help ya self
try also dawn staduim and/or BTS Dawn staduim heals 1 for every water ENE attched so u rain dance 4 that 40 damge heald.
