Help Finishing my Deck

I need some help on what cards to put in My legend deck after rotation. I'm having a hard time finding new cards since most of my collection is being rotated.

Whats leftover; 38 cards
2-1-2 Feraligatr Prime
2-2 Suicune and Entei Legend
1x Rescue
2x DCE
8x Water
5x Fire
2x Collectors
2x Judge
2x Fishermen
2x Twins
2x Seeker
1x Indigo Plateau
2x Rare Candy

The strategy before rotation was to use S&E legend with Sally SF, But now I need help with finding
A new partner in crime for S&E legend and supporting cards.
I was going to add in Mantine but how many?

Okay I've added the following:
1x Mantine
1x Legend Box
1x Indigo Plateau
2-1 Lucario CL
2x Black Belt
2x Fighting Energy
2x Relicanth CL

I'd recommend 1-2 more Legend Box and either a Blastoise or Samurott Line.

Perhaps Professor Juniper.
