pokemon.com confusion

Ok, I've got 2 questions.

First, anyone know why Pokemon.com is not working right today? I can't even get in to it at all. The rest of the net is working perfectly, so I know it's Pokemon.com itself. Anyone know?

Second, in the first mini-game to decode the locations of the tour, can you get more than one clue if you play it multiple times?
