Victini:
Get the Liberty Pass and go to one of the boats on Castelia City, and it will take you to Liberty Island. After defeating many team plasma grunts victini will be at the bottom of the lightouse.
Reshiram:
Black: Get reshiram in N's castle. Make sure you get him before you battle N.
Zekrom:
White: Get reshiram in N's castle. Make sure you get him before you battle N.
Cobalion:
Go to Misaltrion Cave on Route 6, and then go deep in the cave, then you willl be able to find him.
Terrakion:
After finding Coballion a new path will open up in Victory Road. Follow the path to find him.
Virizion:
After fighting Coballion you can now go to a new area in pinwheel forest (it is on the eastern side). Follow the new path and you will find Virizion.
Kyurem:
Off of route 13 there is an area called the giant chasm.o throught the cave into a foresty area, and in the foresty area find your way to the center, and the area will become snowy. Then go to the cave in the cave that appears there as well.
Tornadus:
Black: After you have all of the badges go to route 10, then you will learn about a weird thunderstorm on route 7. Go there and run around in the grass, and you might find tornadus. After fighting him he will move to another route. Check the weather in the stations, and go to the route where it says there is a big thunderstorm. Tornadus will be at this route.
Thundurus:
White: After you have all of the badges go to route 10, then you will learn about a weird thunderstorm on route 7. Go there and run around in the grass, and you might find thundurus. After fighting him he will move to another route. Check the weather in the stations, and go to the route where it says there is a big thunderstorm. Thundurus will be at this route.
Landorus:
Trade with a friend to get both tornadus, and thunderus on your game. Take them to the ubandunt shrin, and Landorus will appear.
Larvesta:
Get a Larvesta egg from a ranger on Route 18
Volcarona:
Evolve Larvesta or find in Relic Castle. To get Volcarona in the Relic Castle first beat N. Then go to the new path that has opened in the bottom of the castle. Follow the maze and Volcarona is in the middle.

Recieve from girl in Dreamyard if starter is Snivy. Panpour is also found in shaking spots in Pinwheel Forest.
