Brendon's Torchic-50 HP-Fire-Basic-
(C)Fire Scratch-10x-This attack does 10 damage for every (R) energy attached to Brendon's Torchic. You can't do more than 30 damage in this way.
(R)Ember Whirlwind-Choose 1 opponents pokemon and place an ember counter on it. While an ember counter exsists on a pokemon flip a coin at the end of each players turn. If tails, place 1 damage counter on pokemon with the ember counter on it. Each pokemon cannot have more than 1 ember counter on it at a time.
Brendon's Combusken-70 HP-Fire-Stage 1-
(R)Combustion-10-The defending pokemon is now burned.
(R)(C)Foul Kick-30-If the defending pokemon has no weakness, its gains a weakness of whatever you wish.
Brendon's Blaziken-100 HP-Fire-Stage 2-
PokeBody-Flame Aura-Once during your turn(before your attack) you may take one (R) energy from your discard pile and attach it to one of your pokemon.
(R)Double Flame Kick-10-Both defending pokemon are now burned.
(R)(R)(C)Overheat-50-You may discard a (R) energy card ifrom Brendon's Blaziken in order to do 10 damage to each of your opponents benched pokemon.

May's Wurmple-40 HP-Grass-Basic-
PokeBody-Speedy Evolution-Flip a coin once at any time in between every turn. If heads, search your deck for a card named May's Silcoon and place it onto May's Wurmple. This counts as evolving. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
(G)Needle Skin-If the defending pokemon damages Wurmple during your opponents next turn, it becomes poisoned.
May's Silcoon-70 HP-Grass-Stage 1-
Pokebody-Shed Skin-Once in between every turn, if May's Silcoon is affected by a special condition, flip a coin. If heads, remove all special conditions from May's Silcoon.
(G)String Rope-10-The defending pokemon cannot retreat during your opponents next turn.
May's Beautifly-80 HP-Grass-Stage 2-
PokeBody-Pollen Trail-Whenever May's Beautifly retreats, flip 2 coins. If both are heads, the defending pokemon is now confused. If 1 is heads and 1 is tails, the defending pokemon is now poisoned. If both are tails, the defending pokemon is now paralyzed.
(G)Silver Wind-10-Flip a coin. If heads, change the defending pokemons weakness to whatever you wish.
(G)(G)(C)Air Cutter-Choose 1 of your opponents pokemon. Place 4 damage counters on that pokemon.

Wow, these cards are very well balanced. I see no reason why these cards can't exist lol. Just make sure they evolve from the correct pokemon but only if they have the corresponding name in front of the Pokemon.
I.E. May's Beautifly evolves from May's Silcoon, not Silcoon.
Also there is a slight problem about Foul Kick on Brendon's Combusken. On the old baby text it says when your opponent declares the attack they then have to flip a coin. If the coin lands tail then the turn ends without an attack, which includes all effect of an attack. Therefore if you declared Foul Kick and got tails then the effect of it negating the baby effect wouldn't work. I would suggest just dropping it or think up of another effect for it. Also keep in mind that new babies don't have the "flip" effect anymore.

May's Mudkip-40 HP-Water-Basic-
(W)Dive-10-Flip a coin. If heads, all damage done to May's Mudkip during your opponents next turn reduced by 20.
(W)(C)Fin Slap-20-Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 damage plus 10 more damage.
May's Marshtomp-70 HP-Water-Stage 1-
PokeBody-Slimy Coating-May's Marshtomp cannot become paralyzed.
(W)Bubble Bomb-10-Flip a coin. If heads, the defending pokemon is now paralyzed. If tails, the defending pokemons retreat becomes (C) more until the beggining of your next turn.
May's Swampert-110 HP-Water-Stage 2-
PokeBody-Muddy Texture-All attacks performed by May's Swampert may count as though they were coming from a (F) pokemon.
(W)(C)Mud Crush-30-Flip a coin. If heads, all energy attached to the defending pokemon count as (F) energy until the end of your opponents next turn.
(W)(W)(W)(C)Marsh Wave-60-Place 1 damage counter on each of your opponents non (W) and (F) pokemon.

May's Training-supporter-Search your deck for an energy card and attach it to one of your pokemon.
Brendon's Tactics-trainer-If your active pokemon has Brendon in its name, switch the defending pokemon with 1 of your opponents benched pokemon.
May's Bag-trainer-If your active pokemon has May in its name, take 1 trainer card from your discard pile and put it into your hand. You may not use that trainer card until the beggining of your next turn.
Brendon's Training-trainer-Search your deck for a poketool or tm and attach it to your active pokemon.
