Pokemon (20)
4 Chandelure
3 Lampent
4 Litwick
2 Kingdra prime
1 Seadra
2 Horsea
2 Elekid
1 Tyrogue
1 Jirachi
Trainer (27)
4 Switch
4 Junk Arm
4 Rare Candy
4 PONT
3 Collector
3 Communication
2 Cheren/"N"
2 Catcher
1 FSL
Energy (13)
13 Psychic

The strategy is to start with elekid to start sniping setting up for KO's and hopefully have at least one horsea and litwick on the bench (preferrably 2 horsea due to catcher). then have both chandelure and kingdra up by turn 2 ( best case scenario), to spread 4 damage counters per turn. even more if you switch chandelure to use a second ability. and if spreading isn't effective use the switch combo plus kingdra to put 7 damage counters on opponents active. then attack for 50 plus burn and confusion. wash, rinse repeat.

Chandelure – Psychic – HP130
Stage 2 – Evolves from Lampent

Ability: Cursed Shadow
Place 3 damage counters on your opponent’s Pokemon in any way you like. You can use this Ability 1 time during your turn, it this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon.

[P][P][C] Ominous Lamp: 50 damage. The Defending Pokemon is now Burned and Confused.

Weakness: Darkness: (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

Lampent – Psychic – HP80
Stage 1 – Evolves from Litwick

[C] Inviting Lamp: Choose 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon and switch it with his or her Active Pokemon.
[P][C] Will ‘o Wisp: 30 damage.

Weakness: Darkness: (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Litwick – Psychic – HP50
Basic Pokemon

[C][C] Searing Flame: 20 damage. Flip a coin, if heads the Defending Pokemon is now Burned.

Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Interesting idea. Maybe Espeon? And Yanmega for even more sniping?

3 baby Pokemon is probably overkill, 1 Elekid would be enough. you might want to think about a 1-1 Dodrio in here to give freeretreat. Also, Rainbow energy would be cool here so Kingdra could if need be attack.

You might want to consider running a Mew Prime/Levanny engine to evolve your Pokemon quicker too. Only time will tell if that cna work.

I like that Dodrio idea, would be pretty awesome to snipe around 60 damage before even attacking!
Lots of potential to this deck!

thats pretty much the whole concept of this deck. and thats why i have the switches in here. i see where you are getting at with the dodrios but honestly i dont like it because its just gonna be catcher bait.

how about taking out kingdra for vileplume line? 10 damage difference but your opponent can't use catcher? you won't use kingdra's attack anyway (no water energy)
