underused team

any ideas for a r/s/ underused team? i don't memorize all 202, but i've a few ideas.. medicham, manectric, kingdra, crobat, cacturne, ninetales.. so far.. any more underused pokemon? i'd like to form interesting teams..

How about Pelipper? it is short on HP and low on defenseive strength, but a combo of Supersonic, Stockpile, and Spit Up should be quite entertaining if you're willing to wait for 5 turns.

aaron, most likely, you wont have 5 turns. Also, crobat isn't underused.
