Double KO

Hey guys, Aaron here.
What happens if both people in a battle have 1 prizes left, and both peoples Pokemon get's KO'd

Scenario:

Basculin 24/98 EP Vs. Donphan Prime

1 Prize left per person and its Basculins turn.
Basculin Uses Final Gambit, knocking out Donphan Prime, but getting unlucky and flipping two tails, and knocks out itself.
Who Wins?

Then you would set up and play a Sudden Death game, where each player puts out only one prize card.

And, as noted in another member's follow up question, if one player has no other Pokemon, then there are two win conditions met, and the player that meets both conditions is the winner over the other that only met one win condition.
No sudden death is played in the that case.
