I am not sure about this, Solrock has a pokébody Heal Block, which says that damage counters cannot be removed. What if I play Max Potion? Does it still work or not? Thanks

This is one of those weird rulings in the game. Normally you can't play a trainer for no effect, but in this case you'd be playing Max Potion for an effect (removing damage counters), but Solrock would stop that effect. You would still have to discard the energy attached to that Pokemon.

Somebody already did about potion. I assume the ruling is consistent for max potion as well
