Hey guys,

Another fun topic, think of some obscure combos that could work, but that probably nobody does, at least in competitive play. If anything, just a fun brainstorming activity.

Play HGSS15 Shuckle to bench>>Inferno Fandango all fire energy in your hand onto Shucke>>Draw lots of cards>>Seeker>>Repeat as needed.

Archeops + Vileplume + Jirachi. You keep your opponents from evolving, they can't play trainers and you get rid of all their evolutions they got in play before you got the lock set up.

Reason no one plays it? Vileplume locks trainers, and the only way to get Archeops out is using a trainer to bring out Archen. Also most of the major decks in the format rely on big attacking basics, which can't be taken down with Jirachi.

Still, if you are able to get all those pieces into play, you deserve to win the game.

Dark Rush has a Stadium coming out that lets Archen go from your hand onto the bench, making the deck much more playable.

That said, with EX's coming out, there really is no hope for an Archeops deck.

A combo I've been trying to put together is Druddigon/Vileplume/Roserade. Druddigon's attack keeps the opponent from retreating and then Roserade confuses/poisons them, basically making them stuck active until they die. The problem is Druddigon is easily OHKOed by basically every meta deck outside of D&D or Stage 1s, so revenge kills will happen constantly

It's still playable, since it can shut down any bench support they try to use if set up quickly enough (such as Gardivore, Electrode or Eelectrik).

Archeops isnt a deck. But in conunction with exs it may be playable. Stopping Eels from evolving could be great for a lot of equally fast ex based decks with Zekrom problems.

So you have out Archen, then evolve Vileplume, then bring out Archeops. Thats the only order that works and thats a pretty specific order of operations to get to happen consistently.

Pichu+VC Victini: if done right, you can get one of the cheapest donks eva!

VS Victini+ EP Emolga: if I see something i can KO with the cute bugger, I can Acro and get a guaranteed 60 damage(super efective, obviously), and I wanna annoy someone, I can spam Thundershock to the stone age. a with zip retreat to boot!
