Muk ex VS. Slaking RS?

What exactly happens here? I'm assuming Muk ex would be cancelling out ALL powers, so Slaking wouldn't be cancelling Muk ex's, and therefore the oppenent wouldn't be able to use any other powers, right?

Muk ex's Toxic Gas cancels out Slaking's Lazy. Lazy wouldn't stop Toxic Gas anyway, since it only stops Poké-Powers (not Poké-Bodies).
