Getting your pokemon to love you

I am not new to this game I have been playing it 4 YEARS but, OMG! I have 2 eevees, and a Golbat. I am fighting Clair right now and this is really tiking me off! I have Taken my eevee to the hair salon for the PAST WEEK! I have given it Carbos,protein, iron etc..., let it hold items, and made shure it NEVER faited. and it that lady still says it "It seems to like you alot". It still doesnt TRUST ME! Please tell me some good techniques you use to help your pokemon to love you . I really want one of my eevees to evoulve into espeon before LV.36. I have had Umbreons and Espeons before i just dont know the problem now.(Also where is the move tutor in goldenrod).

Battle with only that pokemon and instead of taking it to the pokemon center use items on it.

is it your starting pokemon in your party cuz the process is really slow if it isn't even if you take it to the salon a lot. OBTW u shouldn't of pumped it with the vitamins u did cuz that brings down their friendship stats as you do that and just makes the process longer. So just keep on taking it to the salon, keep it first and make sure it battles a lot but doesn't faint. Still even with that it'll take a while and by any chance did you trade for the eevees cuz if you did they start off hating you.

EDIT: BTW, coolmanderzx, Vitamins improve a Pokemon's happiness. I think you're confusing them with the bitter items that lower it.

have u leveled it up when it likes u
