Q1. Can I attach a boost energy to Charizard or charizard ex and treat it as 3 fire energy???
Q2. Let's say I attach 1 dark energy to Dark arbok, attach crystal shard and attack
salamance ex using extra poison,how many damage does it deal???

Q1: Yep, with the exception of Exp Charizard, who only effects basic Energy.

2. To be more specific, the text of Darkness Energy says "If the Pokemon Darkness Energy is attached to attacks, the attack does 10 more damage to the Active Pokemon (before applying Weakness and Resistance). Ignore this effect unless the Attacking Pokemon is D or has Dark in its name." Dark Arbok is now a Colorless Pokemon, but since its name hasn't changed, the attack will do 30 + 10 for Darkness, then doubled to 80 by Salamence's Weakness.
