Huge Mistake in Today's Episode

In the challenge thingie on the episode before going to commercial, it asked "Which one of these Pokemon evolves into Seviper?". When returning to the show, it said "If you chose Arbok, you were right!". Please tell me how such a stupid mistake could be made...

My first thought upon seeing the trainer's choice was, "They finally put in a trick question." My first thought upon seeing the answer was, "Whiskey tango foxtrot, over?"

Watching pokemon this morning the Trainers Choice Comes Up
The question was "Which one of these pokemon evolves into Seviper"
It Shows

Sableye
Arbok
Suicune

The Answer was Arbok
But then i get really confused, so i check my Seaviper From Ex Sandstorm it is a base pokemon,
Then pokemon.com Base Pokemon base pokemon. Ex emerald base pokemon so.
Who is at fault for the error or is it an error maybe this was a spoiler... or what was it.

The anime was wrong. Seviper doesn't evolve from Arbok, simple as that. In fact, it doesn't evolve from anything, although people thought it would turn out to be an evolved form for Arbok when we first saw it.

It's because they were looking at pictures of Seviper and Arbok and said "Hey, they're both snake pokemon! They must evolve into each other." So they put in on TV without even checking if they really did. :rolleyes:

Honestly, when I saw the question I said that this had better be a trick question.

The same way they also made a mistake/error three weeks ago with the Trainer's Choice in the Hokey Pokémon episode, when a picture of Beautifly was shown as being Nuzleaf. Wonder if we'll get another mistake/error on May 28?

When I saw the Trainer's Choice question today I was like "huh?"..."you can't be serious.", but there it was. And they really should have caught the mistake/error since Seviper doesn't evolve, has no other evolution; and Arbok is the highest evolution its particular Pokémon can evolve into. So why would they have been asking the question in the first place?
Well, the episode title is "A Fan With A Plan", but obviously whoever created the Trainer's Choice didn't have a plan. Or else it was really bad planning.

Guess with two mistakes in three weeks we'll all be watching the Trainer's Choice more closely. Hmm, maybe we can say when the Trainer's Choice is asked "What's today's boo-boo?" just for fun of course. *heehee*

The answer is Pikachu, actually. Surf wrecks Golem no matter how you slice it, especially if you're wearing a Light Ball and double the rat's Special Attack.

Actually, it was Beautifly Picture and Nuzleaf Name.

Yes, three mistakes/errors in total so far for Trainer's Choice:
1 - April 2 - Onix spelled Onyx.
2 - April 16 - Beautifly Picture with Nuzleaf Name.
3 - May 7 - Arbok evolves into Seviper.

Maybe 'mom should make us a Pokémon episode mistake/error sticky thread, just in case there's more in future episodes.
