View Full Version : a small concern. not that important, but just curious
I started noticing something strange with some of the forums/posts. It seems as if I keep on getting pop-ups every time i enter some of the posts, and I'm just curious as to why this happening to me. I got earthlink, number 1. I got their "Pop-Up Blocker" on, but I keep on getting pop-ups whenever i enter some of these forums (like the Bonzo Buddy, that purple gorilla we all know and love). Can someone please explain this to me?

Specifically these forums only? Or do you have the same problem on other websites?
We dont have any popups on this site, nor does our host. My guess is a program that is running is giving you popups.

Actually, I've been having a horrible pop up problem lately, but not just here.

More than likely it`s on your end.As Randy said,we don`t run pop ups.

You know, I don't run any special pop-up software and I have no problems with pop-ups. I'm simply running Netscape 7.1 (it has pop-up protection)...
Mayhaps it's time to upgrade?

Usually, its these forums, specifically the Electronic games and Random Topic Center forums.

In that case, its time to upgrade earthlink then :lol:
