A player asked me a question about one of the Lombres from Deoxys. The Lombre reads:

When you attach a {W} Energy card from your hand to Lombre, remove all Special Conditions from Lombre.

The question is: Can you remove only 1 damage counter with Blot? The attack doesn't say "Remove 2 damage counters from 1 of your Pokémon (remove 1 damage counter if that Pokémon has only 1)" like you normally would expect it to.
