So I woke up at about half past six, watched a Pokémon Anime (Johto League - an episode with Murkrows stealing Ash's Badge from Morty) then I wrote my decklist, got my stuff ready and went to the bus. I was dressed in Proffesor polo shirt, Lab coat and baseball cap so I looked kinda weird but w/e. I came to bus station, took a long 1,5 hour drive to the venue (watched Friends so it wasnt that long) and arrived at about 9:30. I went to McDonald, where all of us usually gather before heading to the venue, checked some decks, helped some guys and then went to the venue.

When we got there, I traded some nice stuff (Deoxys Ex, Articuno Ex), sold some other stuff and counted my deck to be sure it was 60-card and the decklist was 100% accurate. I got registered and waqited till first round. I have to say that the tourney wasnt run really smooth as all deckchecks took like 20 minutes each, which was really annoying. I was playing Rock-Lock as I was expecting lots of Zappy and Draggy (which I TECHed some crystal shard against) So I go look who I am playing.

I also had an option to take 2 BYEs, which I won at Brno State Champ. but I decided not to, cause I was afraid being screwed due to resistence.

1st Round - Dark Draggy/ Dark Raticate
This guy was a beginner and was screwed with the ONE AGE GROUP thing. He was like 10 years old. All I saw from his deck was some Dk. Raticate swarm with no darkness energy. It got pwned by quick t-tar and then shard on his draggy for a win.
1:0

2nd Round - Crobat Ex/ Pidgeot
Really experienced opponent. He got Turn 2 Crobat Ex and Pidgeot, but I got Turn 2 Pidgeot and Dark Ampharos, ATM Rocked him next turn I played Admin and he conceded.
2:0

3rd Round - Dark Ampharos/ Dark Drgaonite
One of my frineds, who I met at Brno State champ. He is a cool guy and it was a rematch of our Brno final.
He was really careful about RCing, but that kinda cost him the match, cause I constantly ATM Rocked him from Turn 2 with T-tar and he couldnt recover.
3:0

4th Round - Draggy w/ Pidgeot
Really standart build. He actually did set up, but so did I. I started rocking him turn 2 so he was screwed with Dragonair, Pidgeotto, Dark Electrode who eventually all died at the same time thus giving me 3 prizes, then he conceded.
4:0

At this point I was guaranteed a spot in Top 8.

5th Round - Zapdos/Ray Ex
She got a Zappy, but super scoop up him for a dual balled Elecktrike. She took like 2-3 prizes, then I came back and OHKOed her Rayquaza with Dark T-tar. Then another OHKO on her Zapdos with Dark Ampharos and it was over.
5:0

So I'm the onlz one undefeated and waiting for Top 8. I got the matchup I worried the most, cause I have never plazed against it.

Top 8 against Weezing/Victreebel

1st Game
All he got was a lone koffing, which he then evolved to Weezing, but I slowly set up with Jirachi and KOed it for the game.

2nd Game
Really similar to the first one. First I KOed some Weezing and then he attacked me with a Bellsprout  swarm, but I managed to withstand it a  nd KO them all for the match.

Top 4 against Slaking/Pidgeot
Whats more to say. He had weakness against my T-Tars which really hurt him and I got set up quickly both games.

Top 2 against Zappy/Rayquaza
So we got into a situation where I played my 18+ opponent, who, if she won, couldnt take anyone with her, and because she dont even speak English we agreed, that we will go with the Swiss result, thus making me the winner, so I could take her as my Guardian, so we will both make it to Worlds.

So Yeah, Im going to Worlds !!!!!11!!!!eleventyone!!!!!111!!!

Props
Me for getting a trip, 500$ scholarship and some cool Zapdos/Moltres/ Articuno sleeves
The event for ending early.

Slops
Only ONE Age group!
LOOOONG Deckchecks.
Hot, hot weather with NO fresh air.

As for the last thing:
Sorry, Freddy, for what happened at London States, I hope we can forget that and meet as friends at Worlds.

GJ Radim, best of luck at Worlds, I'm sure you will do well. Sounds like there was a lot of competition but Rock Lock was a good deck choice.

Nice one Radim you deserve it and no "Czech Mate" from the Local Distributor to stop you playing in this one!

Well done I am sure you'll show the same skill, dedication and cool champion qualities we saw at London when you play at Worlds. We'll be watching for you in the TOP Flight where you belong :)
