special energies for E-on

may i know wether the previous darkness energy and metal energy from neo genesis is still playable in E-on?

They are, but you play them using the new wordings of the cards and the new rules.
That is, Darkness only gives special benefits to Dark or Darkness Pokemon, Metal only protects Metal Type Pokemon and neither have drawbacks for other Pokemon (nor benefits, either).
