Poke-Power: Shadow Move
Once during your turn, if Banette ex is your Active Pokemon, you may use this Power. Move 1 damage counter attached to 1 Pokemon in play (yours or your opponent's) onto another Pokemon in play. This Power can't be used if Banette ex is affected by a Special Condition.
[P][C] Shadow Chant: Does 30 damage + an additional 10 damage for each Supporter card in your discard pile. You can't add more than 60 damage in this way.
Weakness: Dark

This card rocks, I can easily see Banette ex ruling
and Winning Multiple Tournaments. I will play this guy
when he comes out.
Fossil Gengar
80 HP
Stage 2
Pokemon Power: Curse Once during your turn (before you attack)
you may move 1 Damage Counter from one of your opponents
Pokemon to another(Even if it would Knock Out the other Pokemon).
This Power can't be used if your Asleep, Confused, or Parylzed.
PPP- Dark Mind 30
If your Opponent has any Benched Pokemon, choose 1 of them and
this attack does 10 Damage to it. (Don't Apply Weakness and
Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)
Weakness:
Resistance: F
Retreat Cost: C
I think i've pretty muched explained this card, lol.

It's really not that broken... it has to be active, and how often are you going to see some benched pokemon with 10 hp left, and damage counters in another situation... i dont think the power is nearly good enough to call it broken.

too bad the attack isn't better...

What are you talking about? For only (PC) you can do 90!
Of course, you need 6 supporters in your discard to do that much. But early game you could easily hit for 50, or more.

It takes you at least 6 turns to do that. and 50-60 damage for 2 on an ex isn't something incredible. It has only 90 hp and the power isn't THAT good. I don't know how you could build t2 banette, that would be horrible. Wow I do 30-40 t2. =/

Your not only suppose to use it for that. Your suppose to
use the Power to Set-Up for a KO. It can kill a 100 HP
Pokemon with ease. It works well with Reversal to.
What I mean is he is useful Mid-Late Game.

I don't want you to get the wrong impression. Banette may be good, but not early game and DEFINATELY not with the t2 engine.

Banette/ludi deck.
healing steps away a bunch of supporters, and do 90 a turn
GOD DECK
Omfg 90 A Turn Thats More Then 80 Omfg
i think it would be good in a t2 with 4 rockets mission and 4 tv
The low HP is the deal breaker

90hp is better than 600hp because then you don't get hit by desert ruins.

It could work with DX Weezing if we find a way to save the big purple blob...

That would be perfect,thanx.
Oh yeah if you use HL Jirachi it could be good.
So a list:
4xJirachi
4xShuppet
4xBanette ex
4xKoffing
4xWeezing
Well perhaps the Pokes could work like that.

i already have a banette deck ...use shuppet with a few er2's to stall a few turns by knocking off energy then walley to banette and mid game when all the special energy is in the discard...surprise time machine and deal massive damage with non ex banette that way when he's koed you only lose one prize...run it with desert ruins...no T2 Deck will be able to defend against it, the are all weak against physic the only way to lose is YOU SUCK or if you get a REALLY REALLY Bad Hand....

I dont get the combo between banette ex and weezing.
use liabilty to "put damage on the defending pokemon til it has 10hp left" the banette to move a counter to it.. and ko...but victrebell works PERFECT with Weezing It's acid sampler will do the extra 10 damage as soon as you make him active for you knocked out weezing...!!!

Discarding supporters for TV reporter/mission is insanity =l
It's not broken, but you could use it late game, especially in decks with desert ruins.
Combo: Rainbow energy, lol

Hi Kevin89,
Thats the difference between Banette rush decks and all the other rush decks. One is closer to a haymaker while the other one is closest to Insanity .

You dont discard supporters...you Use them...then they end up in your discard pile...for example use tv reporter and dicard a scott thats two down in one turn..
Kevin89

that's what I meant =p
hmm, You could easily do 60 turn 2 (play 4 scott, and 4 TVR and some more supps) for 2 basic energy, even better when using rainbow energy to guarantee 1 extra damage counter.
pretty cheap =)

I'm guessing that's a typo or a joke. I'd take the 600 any day
