Latias doll

I heard somewhere but is there a actual latias doll in the ruby and sapphire versions?

I havent heard of Latios/Latias dolls, only the Regi's, the old starters (fully evolved) and Snorlax. Maybe a few others, but who knows, they could be, its all up to Nintendo, maybe they can add them in with Ecards. I am like 99% sure they arent in the game know though, even with a Gameshark

No way yet, other than Gameshark.
It's assumed through E-cards, but don't rule out Fire Red/Leaf Green and Colosseum.
