Pre-release at Worlds

Does anybody know what day it is and if you have to be participating in the tournament to enter the pre-release?

You don't have to participate in the tournament and it will probaly be the day after Worlds or just a few hours after Worlds. I dunno they w ill surely give out some paper or something or announce it.

Saturday and sunday, says so in the op site info of Uf prerelease and was the same last year
