Contrary to TV shows like The Practice and CSI, trials and lawsuits go on for a looooooong time.

We'll be lucky if this is resolved by January....2005.

Either it's dragging out, or one side gave in to the other out of court. Regardless of the result, I doubt we'll hear about it.

What lawsuit? Is there a link that I can read about the lawsuit? What happened? What companies are going to court and over what?
