Just out of curiosity, are we going to have the option of having custom avatars in the future?

Can't say for certain, but it's VERY doubtful. It's very hard to monitor offensive avatars. Bandwidth and filesize issues aside (As those can be dealt with), it's just way too hard to keep track of what everyone is using.

We would plan on adding more choices and maybe custom avatars for members that earn them.
We'll see.

Could You guys update the avatars and add Hoenn Pokemon? My username looks kinda silly with Bellossom (my fave Pokemon) under it...

They've yet to locate 4 Johto Pokémon avatars for the site. (Those are Ledyba, Spinarak, Ariados, and Mareep.) What makes you think Hoenn Pokémon avatars will be the next to be added? They probably will once those 4 missing Johto Pokémon are up as avatars.

THe reason i was asking was because I have this real funny avatar of a WC3 Peon riding a pig (don't worry. It's clean) and I wanted to use it on the forums.

heh arthas_zero, i have that same one. I used to have hundreds of them set as my background. Anyway, i want my kyogre!!!!

heh, Jumpluff is cool with me, even if I don't get a cool photoshopped-background one. Wouldn't mind Zangoose though ^_^

Well, can you MAKE us some avatars we ask of? Like DragonBallZ pics or more Pokemon Pics? Even YuGiOh pics?

Looks at the name of the site. Thinks about DBZ and YGO avatars. Can't......quite....see.....that....happening..... .

LOL. Yes, this is the POKEGYM Forum, not the DBZ/YGO forum, though I understand what you mean - the Anime section of the forum does interest those who aren't necessarily interested in Pokemon. But I'm still in agreement with you on this one, BJJ763.

I say keep with only having Pokémon as Avatars, but I (along with everyone else) would like to see all of the Kanto/Johto/Hoenn Pokemon available as Avatars.

MaverickHunterZero, that's so true about the Custom Avatars. Someone could log on, and put up a perfectly nice Avatar, then the next day come along and change it to something from their local porno site, and by the time someone noticed, it would be a bit late.

Well, I've put in my 2 cents worth, and I suppose we'll all just have to wait and see.
