In the new modified there are refrences to both active pokemon. Many seem to be confused on this wording in team battles. For instance, the new weezing would posion both active in a 2 on 2,,, not both active in a team battle. Atleast, that is how I have been ruling it. What is your opinion?

Yeah -- control of TMP is ours, at least for now. I would agree with bkminnis' ruling in this situation.
