Need a change of League Leaders

Im speaking on behalf of the league in Las Vegas. The current registered League leader has not shown up in over 5 months to do their job. I would like to know how we can get the official League Leader changed to be myself, since ive taken over the job. My kids are kinda mad cause they cant get their special POP id card from the sevii island league

AFAIK, only the league OWNER can change the LL's status...so if they are currently one and the same, the owner would have to make the change.

I'm in a similar bind... my League Owner has abdicated, and hence my League is "inactive". I've e-mailed POP about it, but have gotten no response yet.

This has been the common way to fix "inactive" stores from what I've heard.

I've had people tell me that they emailed POP over and over again and got no response and happened to re register the store and was able to get back into things that way. Give it a shot! :thumb:

Which one are you talking about? My best friend runs one of two leagues I know about in that area.

Question. What if either a league leader is sick for months or has died? How will there be a new League leader registered? I just wanted to clarify since this never happened at all and just in case if it does to any leader. Thanks for reading.

Again, the LO (League Owner), which is in most cases the store owner, is the only one who would be able to register a new league leader, period. LO's control who the LL's are, not POP.

Now since I know you are going to ask, "What if the LO dies?", I'll answer that for you. Whoever would be willing to step up to be the LO would then have to email POP and ALSO re-register the store in their "My Pokemon" account. This is what I've been told, but if I'm wrong about this, feel free to correct me... :wink:

What I instead did was e-mail POP about it, and they successfully changed me to Owner. Try that on for size--if all else fails, POP is the source for getting things worked out!

So they did get it worked out for you afterall. Emailing them would be the first thing I'd do and just try to be patient. I'd say that's the best way overall...

best thing to do is actually apply to be the owner, thats what i did, and got approved!
