Scoop up/super Scoop up

I play scoop up or super scoop up on a Woobuffet that has evolved a Wynaut.
Whic card I return to my hand?
Wynaut or Woobuffet? Or can I choose one of these?

Well, for Super Scoop Up it's easy; you return all cards to your hand so it does not matter.

However, I'm pretty sure that the intent for Scoop Up is to return the lowest-level version of the Pokemon back into your hand. But this is a good question to ask, so we'll just have to wait and see for the "official answer".

A. The intent of Scoop Up is to return the lowest level back into your hand and discard the rest. So in this case you would return the Wynaut; no choice. (Nov 13, 2003 PUI Rules Team)
