No you can not have it in a deck because it is JUMBO and is way broken.

Deoxysx8 are you looking for shining lugia or shadow lugia because you first post says shining

JLYK, those Lugia's are going for around 2-3 good ex's, even just 1x for UF. Just check Darktwin's post if you don't believe me.

I got the jumbo Lugia on Ebay for under $10. 2-3 Ex's are worth significantly more than $10, especially one Ex from UF in general that sell for over $10 a piece.

People who are desperate for that card are sure to offer more for it, even if the card they are trying to get isn't worth as much as they are trading for. I'm sure people will be running to Ebay to get this card for cheap if they don't want to shell out 2-3 Ex's (let alone one ex) for this thing.

Same as CharizardHector. Either way, trading value, they are worth about an ex.
