How do you get to shoal cave?

Just North and a bit East (so go up and a bit to the right) of Mossdeep city...

be carefull though. It will take 2 seperate trips to collect all the items. You have to go during both low tide and high to reach all the areas, and collect 4 of each shoal item to get the Shell Bell. I believe the tide changes either every 6 or 12 hours, I am not sure which.

Well in real life, (and in the game, I don't know who, but I just realized that some kid tells you that there are 6 hrs. difference...was this a clue?!) it is 6 hours between tides.
