This is more of the better T2's out there.

Pokemon:20
4 Crobat (Delta)
4 Zubat (Delta)
4 Donphan (Deoxys)
4 Phanphy (Deoxys)
4 Holon's Electrode

Trainers: 22
4 Holon Ruins
4 Holon researcher
4 Rare candy
4 Celio
2 Prof. Cozmo
4 Wally

Energy:18
4 Metal energy
6 Grass energy
8 Fighting energy

T1 play PETM and get crobat, then play phanphy as active and wally to donphan, and zubat on bench. attach fighting, Use spinning horn, end turn. T2 retreat, than rare candy to crobat, than Holon researcher to get metal energy if you haven't already go it, attach metal energy, attach holon's electrode, and now you may use target attack whenever you feel like it. Prof. cozmo and holon ruins are for draw.

your plan has a flaw. u cant attach holon's electrode or magneton to a pokemon that has no energy on it. also you should have at least two golbat in there because even if it isnt widely played in your area. some ppl still play rock lock. so i would suggest dropping a 1/1 donphan line and a wally's for 3 golbat.and y not play celio's? u have no exs so playing it would help you get you basics out if you ever needed to. so i would say drop 4 PETM for 4 celios. just my two cents

That's easily fixable without taking out anything. Put the metal energy on first.

I'm still new to T2 so I'm not that good at it, but still.
As for the Celio, that's better actually. Good Idea. Editing deck...

most T2 decks revolve around a stage one line with a disabling power so i wouldnt exactly consider this to be T2. u may be able to get set up T2 but that doesnt make it a T2 deck. but thats beside the point. i only suggested the golbat because most people generally value consistency over speed. also u should probably have more straight draw. right now u have 12 cards to get evos out. researcher although it is a pretty good card could be easily replaced if you are using it to get out energy. if u are using it to get energy then i would suggest replacing it with holon lass which lets you look a number of cards off of the top of your deck equal to the number of prizes left. and you can take any energy in there so it is better than researcher in my opinion even though you arent guaranteed to get a metal.
