Energy Evolution Eevee

Hey, just a quick question. The Eevee with the "energy evolution" power.... can you use that to evolve on the first turn of the game? And also, let's say you evolved it into like Flareon, Vaporeon, or Jolteon ex. Their pokepowers say that they are activated when are placed "from your hand" to evolve eevee, so you couldn't use those if u used eevee's power to evolve from your deck, right?

Yes, you can.

No, if you evolved into them by pulling them from your deck, that's not "from your hand".
