Keeping to ya idea; I would go like this:

3 - magcargo ( i take it its the Smooth-Over one)

Use T-Tar as ya main attacker, use Maggy for search, Ho-oh ex as supportive attacker, only use mewtwo to move energy to ho-oh when needed (because of his low hp number)
u could possibly to 2/2 on Maggy line and add in more copycat or admins. or even Warp Points...
this is only a rough idea (i think :thumb:

Now if he was using Rayquaza ex from Deoxys and switched the DREs to Multi, then that energy setup would work.

In this deck, I think you'll find that somethings won't be necessary. Lets identify some of the things that aren't needed. 1. 4 Larvitar is probably to much, you should be able to get away with 3 since the most TTar you would probably get out is 2. Also you'll probably find yourself only using one Tyranitar since You want to have 2 Magcargo, one for a Search Engine, or one for Crush Draw. Also I would take out Super Scoop up, Reason is that its a flip, and you don't want to scoop up Ho-Oh since, His power says that when is KO'ed, he can give 2 energy back to your pokemon. Now, also You can take out one Pupitar, because of the 3 Rare Candy that are in the deck, so freeing up more space for the deck. So taking out Super Scoop Up and a Pupitar, you can add 3 things, so I would now add in 2-3 more Celio's Network to get your set up faster. You should be able to go with 3 Celio in this. Now, if you decide to go with 3 Celio, you can from there add in another draw card. So, You can add in say another CopyCat, for Draw power. The Scott is good for getting out Holon Ruins so keep that, And everything else looks good. I would also advise that you add in a Holon Farmer, with Holon Farmer you can get back some needed Energy/Pokemon. So inorder to make room for this, you can take out Warp Point for Holon Farmer. For energy, It looks good, I wouldn't change anything there. I hope this helps out, and Good luck with the deck =). Oh, I miscalculated, actully you'll be able to keep the Warp Point, and have Holon Farmer, sorry. GL.

Charizard Hector589: He shouldn't take out Ho-Oh ex because thats his main attacker, and also 4 Tyranitar D is definatly not needed, and 4-4 Magcargo line would not help anything.
