Why are d4's d8's d10's and 20's 50's 100's banned i dont know why its the same odds

We don't know that they are banned. There is a question on this subject below and we'll see what the answer to this question is.

I'd hazard a guess as to why they may be banned, though: Some dice are arranged with all the evens on one side and all the odd on the other.
Very easy to manipulate whether you will get odds or evens, no?
