It is actually one of the rarer "W-Stamped" Cards as it was giving out for the Chinese New Year in I beleieve Hong Kong... The Card Comes With a Pouch that is really cool... If You Have The Pouch the Card Can Be Worth Up to 10-12 USD...

there's multiples of em BIN on ebay for 5.00 that aren't selling
So I'd say 3-5 is a good estimate
