I'm wanting to get a general price of the following cards...

SEALED Red Cheeks e3 Pikachu
1st Edition #1 Promo "Ivy" Pikachu
UNSEALED Card Creator Set

The first two are in the guide.
The last, we don't have good price data.
At this point, I say around $25. But that's based on little info.

I've been given offers that fit the averages of the values of the two Pikachu cards, thanks a lot 'gym.

But my big concern is the Card Creator set. I've heard it valued now anywhere between $25 and $100, which is a little to broad for my liking.

The Creator set sealed has been going for those low prices because sealed packs were recently sent to retailers. They sold them not knowing what they were worth.

For unsealed, we don't know. Most packs sold are sealed ones. But they'd probably be less than a sealed one(anywhere from $10 to $20 less than a sealed pack).

Does that help any?

OK, since I am the only one selling singles of these currently - I will be putting a Pikachu up shortly.

Got 15 for a Wurmple.

Yeah. A sealed pack with all 5 cards is selling for $30 and one of those five cards on it's own sells for $15.
You try and come up with a "solid" price to put in the Guide based on that! @_@

Yeah. A sealed pack with all 5 cards is selling for $30 and one of those five cards on it's own sells for $15.

And i've seen some sealed packs on eBay go for $2!

I've also seen them on eBay go for $35+!

And a store can sell them for the same price they sell their regular packs - $4!

Hmmmm.... kind of know M45's eBay id now....

So you're saying that......

Sell whole pack: ~30$
Sell seperate cards: ~75$

Sell whole pack in 10 years: $$$

=P

Man.......well, I know how to get some quick cash, if I ever need it. =P

No, that's not really what I'm saying.
There have only been 3 to 5 sales of single cards from those packs.
When the packs were going for $250, the singles went for $15.
Now that the pack is going for $30, the single (note, just one has been sold recently) went for.... $15.

Pack price decimated. Single price untouched.

What does it mean?

To me, it means that the pack price is underpriced at the moment.
There has been a temporary glut.
Look for it to get back up to the $75-$100 level.

In my humble opinion.
