EX Dragon Pre-Con deck contents

Can anyone provide me with the contents of both decks.And do they include a random Holo like the R/S decks?

They recently posted both deck contents. Each deck comes with 1 Holo, Crawduant and Roselia, and cool Flygon/Salamnce coins. I wished it was the holo dragon thaty is the theme of the deck. Easy way to collect Flygon and Salamance holos, but noooooo......
