How rare/common are Delta Species Dratini and Larvitar that have the Delta Species stamp on them like the holo version but the holo is missing? Prize?

Yeah I have them both. They were promotional cards apparently here where I live. So they didn't come from a booster. (wish they did :P) Just wanna know if anyone else has gotten them someplace else.

They are in english. They look just like the DS normal Larvitar and Dratini with the holo stamp but there is no holo.
I live in Finland :P

No I haven't seen them in fact. I know we got some exclusive promo Kyogre ex and Groundon ex two years back that were a little bit different than the Holo and non-holo version everybody else had, so it's not the first time in history, but these are interesting... gotta get intouch with a contact in Finland.

through...what promotion? magazine? comic book? league? something...something? they couldn't have just hired a man to run through your country throwing around ds cards yelling 'PROMOTION! PROMOTION!!!"

I seem to be keeping all the info to myself XD

From Kalle Anka. A swedish Donald Duck comic.

And I'm getting a huge selfishness mood here. I feel like I should have tried to get more of those cards for myself before coming here and making it for all to know. (I'm not sure if anyone gets what I'm trying to say...) I've tried to get more of these cards but they are really REALLY hard to get here now.
