Machamp's overzealous Poke-Body:
If your opponent has any Pokemon-ex in play, each of Machamp's attacks do 30 more damage to the Defending Pokemon.

Does this apply to any of your Machamps in play or is it Self-referencing?

It's self referencing. Only the Machamp with the Power gets the additional 30.
