Hi, at the maryland state championship they did not do best to out of three, Is this right?:confused:

PUI makes recommendations to PTOs on how they want the events run. Doing match play is what they recommended for big events like States, but there are always exceptions and reasons a PTO might not be able to do match play. There is not a "do this or else" mandate, but if you are concerned about the way an event was run, you can always contact PUI OP. organizedplay@pokemon-tcg.com
