Okay. It’s time for another expansion from me, Sunflorazumarill! This time around, we’re basing the set around Team Magma, Team Aqua, and Team Flora! These three teams have become the focus when it comes to evil organizations in the Hoenn region. Now it’s time for some cards for them. Here are the Pokémon expected for each team:
Team Magma: Fire, Rock, Ground
Team Aqua: Water, Ice
Team Flora: Grass, Poison, Bug
Note 1: These Pokémon may use {D} Energy in their attacks.
Note 2: The Eevee evolutions in this set evolve from Special Eevee.
Note 3: You may have noticed that I’m including a Grass-type team in this set. More information and involvement of Team Flora will come in the future.
Note 4: Farlie is the Team Flora leader.
Now here’s the list:

The e-Reader data for the Pokémon in this set allows you to catch the species portrayed at L5. Then, Archie, Farlie, or Maxie (depending on the Trainer on the card) will enter the room and show you the <team>-Chine, where <team> is the Trainer on the card. The Pokémon you just captured will be put through the machine, and that Pokémon will learn one of three moves depending on how many of that team's leader you get on the slots. The first move listed is for zero or one of the leader, the second move is for two, and the third move is for three (i.e. if you got 3 Maxies on Magma's Zangoose, Zangoose will learn the third move listed; if you got 1 Farlie on Flora's Sceptile, Sceptile will learn the move on the left; if you got 2 Archies on Aqua's Sharpedo, Sharpedo will learn the move in the middle). The moves are underneath the Retreat Cost. Also, all Aqua Pokémon will hold a TM03, all Flora Pokémon hold TM19, and all Magma Pokémon hold TM50. You can only use each team's machine once per day.

Magma Admin Tabitha: L48 Camerupt, L48 Mightyena, L48 Arcanine
Magma Admin Courtney: L48 Camerupt, L48 Mightyena, L48 Rapidash
Once Magma has fallen, the door will open and you can go to Drake's room and prepare to face Team Flora. Here, the grunts have either a single L50 Cacturne (two of these); a L47 Cacnea, a L47 Poochyena, and a L47 Hoppip (only one); or 2 L48 Tangela (only one). Defeat these grunts and prepare to face the Flora Admins two-on-two. Here's what they have:
Flora Admin Brad: L48 Cacturne, L48 Mightyena, L48 Jumpluff
Flora Admin Seth: L48 Cacturne, L48 Mightyena, L48 Victreebel
Clear this room and the door opens. Go to Steven's chamber and you'll be fully healed--then you'll face Archie. Defeat Archie and face Maxie. Defeat Maxie and face Farlie. Once Farlie falls, the Hoenn gym leaders (that you face in the game) will surround you and give you a second copy of their gym TMs for cleaning out the three teams (this only happens once), then you can go into the Hall of Fame room, where you'll get nine L5 Pokémon with a special move deposited into your box (you pick the box, you only get the Pokémon once). (All nine of the Pokémon are female. This prevents fathering the move.) Once that's done, you'll be warped back to Littleroot Town and you're done. (Unlike other Aqua/Magma/Flora missions, this can be done daily.) Here are the lineups:
Archie: L53 Mightyena, L55 Sharpedo, L53 Crobat, L53 Octillery, L53 Mantine, L53 Poliwrath
Maxie: L53 Mightyena, L55 Camerupt, L53 Crobat, L53 Houndoom, L53 Arcanine, L53 Rapidash
Farlie: L53 Mightyena, L55 Cacturne, L53 Crobat, L53 Tangela, L53 Jumpluff, L53 Victreebel
Reward Pokémon: L5 Remoraid w/Solarbeam, L5 Mantine w/Thunderbolt, L5 Poliwag w/Leaf Blade, L5 Houndour w/Blaze Kick, L5 Growlithe w/Blaze Kick, L5 Ponyta w/Megahorn, L5 Tangela w/Flamethrower, L5 Hoppip w/Ice Beam, L5 Bellsprout w/Signal Beam

Maxie
Trainer Card (Supporter)
During your opponent's next turn, if any of your opponent's Pokémon attacks a Pokémon with Magma in its name, that Pokémon is now Burned.
Farlie
Trainer Card (Supporter)
During your opponent's next turn, your opponent may not affect any of your Pokémon with Flora in its name with any Special Conditions.
Team Aqua Grunt
Trainer Card
Search your deck for up to 2 Pokémon with Aqua in their names and place them onto your Bench. (You can't play Team Aqua Grunt if your Bench is full.) You can't place more Pokémon than you can put onto your Bench before it becomes full in this way.
Team Magma Grunt
Trainer Card
Search your deck for up to 2 Pokémon with Magma in their names and place them onto your Bench. (You can't play Team Magma Grunt if your Bench is full.) You can't place more Pokémon than you can put onto your Bench before it becomes full in this way.
Team Flora Grunt
Trainer Card
Search your deck for up to 2 Pokémon with Flora in their names and place them onto your Bench. (You can't play Team Flora Grunt if your Bench is full.) You can't place more Pokémon than you can put onto your Bench before it becomes full in this way.
Scanning all 6 of these cards will unleash Grunts all over Hoenn (no trip to Mossdeep needed, but you will need Fortree's badge to do this), blocking the entrances to your house and every Pokémon Center. You'll need to defeat these Grunts to get into these establishments. If you Fly, you'll end up to the Grunt's left. Here is how they distribute:
Aqua Grunts: Littleroot, Rustboro, Mauville, Lavaridge, Mossdeep, Evergrande (south)
Magma Grunts: Oldale, Dewford, Verdanturf, Fortree, Sootopolis, Evergrande (north, left side)
Flora Grunts: Petalburg, Slateport, Fallarbor, Lilycove, Pacifidlog, Evergrande (north, right side)
The first two locations for each team each have a single L30 Carvahna (Aqua), Numel (Magma), or Cacnea (Flora). The second two locations for each team have one L31 Poochyena and one L31 Sharpedo (Aqua), Camerupt (Magma), or Cacturne (Flora). The fifth location has two L32 Carvahna (Aqua), Numel (Magma), or Cacnea (Flora); one L33 Mightyena; and one L32 Wartortle (Aqua), Charmeleon (Magma), or Ivysaur (Flora). The sixth location has two L35 Blastoise (Aqua), Charizard (Magma), or Venusaur (Flora); two L35 Feraligatr (Aqua), Typhlosion (Magma), or Meganium (Flora); and two Swampert (Aqua), Blaziken (Magma), or Sceptile (Flora), the last of which holds a Starf Berry.
Once all six of each team's Grunts fall, the first time you do this (for each team), each of the other teams' leaders will approach you and give you a L5 Kanto starter. If Archie approaches you, you get Squirtle. If Maxie approaches you, you get Charmander. If Farlie approaches you, you get Bulbasaur. (There's no special move this time.) You only get each reward once in this way, but you can re-scatter the Grunts as much as you want.

Scanning an Energy card into Ruby/Sapphire allows for an existing Pokémon to learn a move, once a day (provided you haven't scanned a card that uses that particular team's <team>-Chine (where <team> is the team you scanned in) that day). Once in the room in Mossdeep, you'll approach the <team>-Chine (see note). Select a Pokémon, then you'll activate the machine. Try to line up 3 of the team's leader of the team you scanned in. If you get 0 or 1 of that team's leader (Archie for Aqua, Farlie for Flora, Maxie for Magma), a list of all the non-damage-dealing moves (moves that inflict only status problems are here) appears. Examples are Tail Whip and Toxic. If you get 2 of the leader, a list of all moves that deals damage with 75 power or less (the set damage moves are here) appears. Examples are Dragon Rage and Bone Club. If you get 3 of the leader, a list of all moves that deal damage with 76 power or more (the one-hit kill moves and Destiny Bond are here) appears. Examples are Frenzy Plant and Sheer Cold. Select a move, then that Pokémon will learn the move.

Scanning both of these cards will scan a new mission into the game. Once the cards are scanned, go to the Sealed Chamber on Route 134. Inside, in front of each set of Braille, is a team Grunt. Each Grunt has one fully unevolved matching-type Pokémon at random. It's a L5 female (if it has a gender and isn't male-only). If you defeat it, the Grunt will leave and you'll win the Pokémon (it's deposited into your Active box). The OT of this Pokémon is ID 1234x, with the name of the team (Aqua-earned Pokémon have ID 12341, Magma-earned Pokémon have ID 12342, Flora-earned Pokémon have ID 12343). The secret ID is different for each Grunt. You can do this as many times as you like.

Well, this set is now finished. I like to thank myself, Carrington388, Scribble, Shadow_Cacnea, Arthas Zero, lunatone solrock, and PokémonGeek for working on this set. Thanks for the help. I plan on starting yet another one eventually. But for now, see you later.
