Rocket's Hitmonchan?

I'm not too sure, but this is a Rocket's Hitmonchan, and it has a foiled outside, and it is stamped "Winner"

I think its number 9 as a promo....how much is it worth?

Not much. Most of the winner cards can be easily found.

Actually, Rocket's Hitmonchan and Rocket's Mewtwo Best Promos were scheduled to be released after WotC stopped supporting league/OP, after they lost their liscence.
Those two ARE hard to get. The were only distributed to Professors and probably at the Fan Appreciation event.

It averages $8 as an ebay value.
Note that it's in our price guide, in the Best Promo set.

Pokepop, Some Leagues got the promos, some didnt... But I do know that they were only printed in Winner Forms...
