its 2nd attack does 10 x the number of Metal and Dark pokemon that i have in play. so does this include dual types?

Dual types will count as one Pokemon if either of their types are Metal or Dark. Note that if they are a Dark and Metal type, they still only count as one Pokemon for the purpose of calculating Damage.
