which Starter deck has POR?

does anyone know which theme deck has professor oaks research in it? If so, how many?

Sorry, but this is not a rulings question and would be better suited to one of the other forums like "Single Cards". However, according to PokeSchool the "Mind Machine" deck from Skyridge contains two Prof. Oak's Research( http://www.pokeschool.com/tcg/sets/us/skyridge/decks.asp ).
